Do you include invoices or prices with/in the order?

No. Here at GG Stuff we try to be as green as possible.

We won’t include any invoice with the order but we’ll send it to you by email once the order is placed.

That way we save paper and save trees.  🙂

Can I add a "Gift Message" to my order?

Someone’s lucky!!!

Sure you can!

Before adding the item to the Cart, simply tick the box next to “Gift wrap this item”, just under the “Add to Cart” button on the product page.

You’ll be able to choose a wrapping option and leave a message that we will transfer into a nice, hand-painted card.

It’s that simple!  🙂

Do you offer "Gift wrapping"?

Sure we do!

Before adding the item to the Cart, simply tick the box next to “Gift wrap this item”, just under the “Add to Cart” button on the product page.

If you want to leave a message too, you can add that. We’ll take care of the rest.

Do you ship worldwide?

We’re really sorry but at the moment we only ship to the UK and Europe.

Where in the UK do you deliver?

GG Stuff gets delivered throughout the UK. However, there are certain delivery restrictions in particular areas:

Free UK Delivery on orders over £40

Have you gone crazy and filled up your shopping cart? Or have you chosen £40 worth of shopping? Then the shipping is on us! 😉

We’ll post your GG Stuff with Second Class Royal Mail, for free!

Can’t wait and want it sooner? Then you can choose our Express Delivery.

Please be aware that FREE shipping is for the UK mainland only. Does not include Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

 

Standard UK Delivery – Not Tracked – £4.00

If you’re not in a rush, this should do for you.  😉

Your GG Stuff should be with you within 4-5 days from despatch and we’ll do our best to despatch it within 24 hours (depends on what time you placed the order).

Your GG Stuff will be delivered by Royal Mail and it won’t require a signature.

If you live in the Highlands or Islands, don’t worry! We won’t charge you more. If you live in Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man though, don’t hate us! The price is a little different…but only because you’re special!  😉

 

UK Signed For – £5.00

This delivery option is great for those who would like extra piece of mind. It requires a signature on delivery.

 

Express Next Day UK Delivery – Tracked – £9.00

If you’re in a hurry or simply can’t wait to get your GG Stuff, we offer this fast delivery to guarantee your GG Stuff will be with you by 13:00 (1pm) the following day (working days only). Orders must be placed by 14:00 (2pm).

Unfortunately if you live in the islands, it will take 2 working days.

A signature will be required on delivery.

Express UK delivery does not cover the Channel Islands.

 

International Delivery to Europe – £13.00

Do you live in Europe outside the UK (including the Channel Islands) and want some GG Stuff?

Then this is the delivery service for you! Your GG Stuff will be trackable all the way through and will require a signature upon arrival.

Can I return my item?

If you want to return an item, you’ll get a credit (equal to the value of the item purchased minus P&P charges) for a future purchase.

The return postage cost is at the buyer’s expense. Return the item within 14 days from the dispatch day and keep proof of postage.

If the item was faulty or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days from receiving your GG Stuff and we’ll exchange it with a non-faulty item or send you the correct one. We will email you a pre-paid postage label to attach to your parcel, which will then need to be dropped off at a Post Office. Return the item within 14 days from the dispatch day and keep proof of postage.

The order I received is faulty or incorrect. What shall I do?

If you are so unlucky to receive a faulty or wrong GG Stuff… “It wasn’t me! It was my horse!”.

If the item was faulty or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days from receiving your GG Stuff and we’ll exchange it with a non faulty item or send you the correct one. We will email you a pre-paid postage label to attach to your parcel, which will then need to be dropped off at a Post Office. Return the item within 14 days from the dispatch day and keep proof of postage.

How do I return an item?

If you need to return your GG Stuff, please wrap it in its original packaging or another waterproof packaging.

All returned GG Stuff must be undamaged, in the original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that GG Stuff is unable to offer refunds for returned goods.

We will apply to your account a store credit (equal to the value of the item purchased minus P&P charges), to be used for future purchases.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

If you were eligible for FREE P&P or you’ve chosen Standard delivery, your GG Stuff should be with you within 4-5 days from dispatch.

If you’ve chosen Express Delivery, your GG Stuff should be with you by 13:00 (1pm) the day following the dispatch, unless you live in the islands it will take an extra 2 days.

If you live in the rest of Europe, including Ireland and the Channel Islands, your GG Stuff should arrive in 5-7 days.

Can I change my shipping address?

Do you really have so many properties to get confused on the shipping address?  😀

Or were you so excited to place the order that you got the address wrong?

Well, if we haven’t already shipped your order, then you’re still in time to change the address, but hurry!  😉

Can I cancel my order?

We were so happy about your order!

If you REALLY REALLY want to cancel your order, you can do so as far as your order hasn’t already been shipped. A full refund will be issued in UK Pound Sterling (£) to the original method of payment.

In case your order has already been shipped, you’ll have to return the item at your own expense. A store credit (equal to the value of the item purchased minus P&P charges) will be applied to your account, to be used for future purchases.

But don’t despair! You might fall in love with your GG Stuff and won’t want to return it anymore!  😀

Can I buy a Gift Voucher as a present?

Sure you can!

You’ll find our GG Stuff gift vouchers in the Shop.

Simply choose the value you prefer and we’ll email the voucher to you or the lucky one.

You may also choose to “Gift Wrap” the gift voucher, in which case we will post it to the “lucky one”, together with a personalised card from you.

NB: if you decide to go for the e-Gift Voucher (electronic) and you don’t give us the recipients email address, we will send the e-voucher to the email address connected with the purchase.

I have a GG Stuff voucher code. Where shall I insert the code?
